ABOUT MY CAREER:

My greatest achievement in 53 years, working as a professional Realtor in Tucson, is my practice of hard work and my commitment to being fair and honest. I honor the appreciation I receive, for my professional commitment, from the Tucson community and among my peers.

It is my personal goal to recognize the change within my industry. I hope to continue to grow and help my customers find and sell their homes, their "fine art".

I grew up in Canton, Ohio. Late summer 1964, I arrived in Tucson, Arizona as a college freshman, to attend The University of Arizona. I was introduced to a then-sleepy desert town. By 1969, I obtained my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the U of A. After a short return to the Midwest, I realized quickly that the Sonoran Desert had ingrained itself in my heart, and Tucson would be my home. I returned and devoted my energy toward a career in real estate, representing my Tucson hometown to new arrivals.

My training began at the College of Fine Arts at the University of Arizona. In the theater, there is a theatrical saying: "no small parts, only small actors". Real estate, for me, has been the continuation in my study of "Fine Art". There are no "small parts". "Every home, no matter its size is my "clients Fine Art"!

Summary: What Makes my career in Real Estate Different?

I have been fortunate to be in front of change within my profession. In 1986, I developed a small company that helped to change the standard real estate "For Sale" sign forever.

My small company designed the original Home Info Tube, a new and innovative marketing tool. The strong plastic Home Info Tube was EZ to attach to a front yard "For Sale" sign. A listing agent designed a marketing flyer. Accurate home information then EZ to distribute to "drive-by" buyers from the yard "For Sale" sign!

The yard "For Sale" sign was changed! Home information flyers were now available from the For Sale sign!

In 1986, The Home Info tube was introduced at the Trade Convention in New York City and the "For Sale" sign was changed! Today modern technology has adapted to new electronic methods to distribute home information to interested Buyers. However,  1986, this was "new"!

I try to recognize and accept change within my profession. I hope to continue to grow and learn with a personal goal of assisting my clients in the marketing and sale of their homes, Their "Real Estate" Fine Art!
